Thoughts
I'm so happy and grateful to have shared the experience of becoming a pilates instructor with Serena.
She has been the most valuable learning partner, sharer of love of movement, body & mind connection and became a very important friend. She'll forever be one of my greatest inspirations, motivation and confidence booster on my pilates journey. I would have loved to be in London today and send lots of love and warmth to everyone. XX
